MysteryKiDS
Mystery loves children. They are a reward and blessing from the Lord (Psalm 127:3-5). We strive for a vibrant and God-glorifying children's ministry that is safe, fun, and most of all Gospel-centered. MysteryKiDS exists to complement the overall vision of our church...a city transformed by the power of the Gospel.
Biblically, the primary responsibility for teaching children about God and what it means to follow Jesus lies with the parents. Scripture must be on our lips and in our lives every day in full view of our families and friends. Training children in godliness is not something you can put off until they are older or leave simply in the hands of the church, if it is to be effective and lasting.
So, we, as the church, assist parents in their role of raising children up into spiritual maturity. Our goal is to see children become disciples of Jesus Christ, who love, live for, and enjoy Him while actively engaging their community alongside their parents. We hope to accomplish this goal through:
- Teaching children the gospel of Jesus Christ, not just Bible stories or moral lessons.
- Using methods of instruction and interaction that are excellent, exciting, and age appropriate.
Our children are a vital part of our church. We love them deeply and care greatly about them as they are the future Church. We hope to be a supportive part of your family's whole approach to teaching your children the Gospel of Jesus.
